Busy Weekend

I can tell Christmas is near, our weekend was packed full of fun activities.

First we had a Christmas gathering with my friends and their families. Here are the kids at their table.

Adults at our table. Emily did a fantastic job putting everthing together. After dinner the kids exchanged gifts and we tried to get a group photo. Evan wasn't in the mood to have his picture taken so he isn't in any of them and the rest of the kids sat still for about 3 seconds.

Sunday we had breakfast with Mrs. Santa as Teagan calls her. Surprisingly Teagan sat on her lap and carried on a conversation for most of the meal.

After breakfast we headed to Jaydin's 2nd birthday party.

After the birthday party we headed to Grammy and Papa's house to make cookies. Great Grandma joined us too.

Early Christmas

Bandon's grandma is going to be in Seattle over Christmas so we had an early celebration with his family. First we went to Blake and Erin's church program then we headed back to Curt and Judy's for an excellent brunch and gifts. Teagan is very lucky to have such a loving family.

Teagan was exhausted and slept most of the way home.

Disney on Ice

We went to Disney on Ice last week. Teagan loved it! Now that she knows who some of the charicaters are she could really follow the story lines. It was great.

Fall Pics

I had to put these new pictures of Teagan's weekend with Grandma and cousins Blake and Erin up (from October). It really makes me wish it was still fall, my favorite time of year. I'm really looking forward to all of the Christmas celebrations but there is nothing like being outside at 7pm grilling and wearing jeans and a sweatshirt with the sun shining so birght!

Teagan saw this picture and said "why am I mad?" I told her she just needs to smile when she is having her picture taken. Blake 8, Erin 5, Teagan 2 1/2.

The Perfect Tree

This weekend we were on a mission to find the perfect tree. Brandon wanted to do a cut your own this year so off we went into the snow. We went to the Erickson Brothers Tree Farm and found a great tree. They have a cute red barn with a model train set, free cider and hot chocolate. It was a really nice way to spend time together and enjoy the winter weather. As we were hunting for our tree it felt like we were in a snow globe. The snow was beautiful.

This is the little tree Teagan wanted.

Not our tree but I had to get a family picture before we left.

The finished product.

White Christmas

My mom, sister and I saw White Christmas last week. It was my first time seeing it. I haven't even seen the movie! It wasn't as good as Wicked or Jersey Boys but a good holiday show none the less.
