Sports Filled Weekend

On Saturday I got to go to the U of M football game with my dad. They lost to Cal but it was encouraging that they were able to hang in there. The new stadium is fantastic! It really makes a difference and made the game that much more exciting. It seems they fixed the issues they had the first week. I didn't have to stand in one line. We walked right in...there was no line at the concession stand and no wait for the restrooms. What a beautiful day too! It was nice to get a little sun while watching.

The huge scoreboard.....It's nice to actually be able to understand what the announcer is saying. In the dome I never know what they are talking about.
Then on Sunday I took Teagan to the Wild game. It was the first time she got to see dad working. Although she didn't really understand why dad didn't have a red jersey on like the rest of the players :-)

After the game she got to ride the Zam and have her picture taken with Norde on the ice!

Plus the Vikes won and the twins made up a little ground! What a weekend.

More Firsts

Along with starting school Teagan also started dance and swimming this week. Reese and Teagan are in dance and swimming together and seem to love it! They are definietly more interested in dance and swimming then they were in soccer.

4 Months

Brycer turned 4 months old this week. He's still the happiest and most smiley baby. He now rolls from back to front and front to back so he's very mobile. He coos and babbles all of the time....I'm thinking he's going to be as chatty as his sister....Brandon and I will never get a word in :-) At his 4 month appointment he was 16 lbs and 24 inches.

1st Day of School

Teagan started preschool last week. When I was younger my mom always put sponge rollers in my hair for the first day of school. So I thought I would do the same for Teagan. Well her hair went a bit crazy so she ended up with a pony. The second day we just went with the natural look.

The school gave her a school bag, she has a basket with her name on it and a coat hook, she knows where the drying rack is for her paintings...she's set!

She absolutely loved school! The first day the parents attended for 1hour. As we were walking in she said "mom why do you have to come with me" she wanted to do it alone! The second day when she was indeed by herself she did great! Projects, snack, outside play, songs, stories...what more could she want. Oh she wanted more!!! she didn't want to leave at the end of class :-)

T & B

Frog

I haven't seen a tree frog in years. All of a sudden we've had multiple on our front window. I think they are a family :-)

Teagan and Mom Day

Last weekend I planned a Teagan and Mom day. The two of us went shopping and she got to pick out an outfit and then we went to the Twins game. Snow cones might be the messiest treat ever but she loved it! It was a great day!
