Summer Weekend

The crazy heat wave of 90-95 degree days still hasn't passed. So we took full advantage and headed to bunker beach. It was the perfect day to spend in the water. Bryce seems to have his sister's fearlessness. He wanted to try the water slide so Brandon went up with him and I stayed at the bottom. He splashed his way down and loved it! Splash at the bottom of the slideWeeeee FUN!!

AGAIN!!
Reese and Emily joined us later in the afternoon...the girls got to stay for two more hours of fun.
Sunday...still hot, hot, hot so my brother and I took the girls to see Cars 2. Reese, Jaydin and Teagan all gave the movie two thumbs up.

Soccer

Teagan's U6 soccer season has come to an end. She's really started to enjoy playing and love being on a "real team" with a jersey and "real games." I was lucky enough to coach the team. It was an interesting mix 5 and 6 year olds. There were definitely girls holding hands on the field and facing the back of the net when playing goalie but I think they all had a fun season!
Papa and Grammy came to the last game. Teagan was so excited to have fans :-)

USA CUP 2011

Brandon and I both worked a million hours during USA CUP so there wasn't much time for photos. On the last day the kids got to hang out with us. Below is Bryce in the ice cream bunker.

4th of July

I so appreciate the wonderful weekends we've been spending together as a family. We get so busy with work and activities, it's nice to just spend time together with no plans. We headed to the cabin and spent the weekend with my family. It was perfect weather and a great weekend.
Teagan was ready to try skiing again so out we went.

Getting ready..... up she went....it took a few tries but she did it!! It was so cute to see her behind the boat. Now she wants to ski every ten minutes :-) It was also the weekend of wildlife. First Grammy found this tiny turtle. Later that evening the adults put the skis on. I haven't skied in 10 years but there I am :-) That evening we found a tree frog. Teagan wasn't a fan a first but once she got used to the jumping she was all about holding it. Then we found a toad Sunday morning Teagan got to go fishing with the boys. Look at how calm the water is. She caught a sunny all by herself. Grammy and Teagan swimming and floating. The water was perfect! Kirsten, Gillian and Nick with the kids
climbing all over uncle Bud... "Bud Lite" to Teagan smores.....ummmm

It was a great weekend!
